Display Refreshing in deleted Items

Hi - Have a minor problem. When looking at items in the deleted folder, the
screen refreshes automatically about every 4 seconds. Running windows 2000
SP4 with a flat screen monitor. This is the only window where this happens.

I thought there might be a quick fix for this.
