Display Properties

Help!!! When I go into the control panel on my PC to,
for example, change my desktop background or my
screensaver, I can pull up the Display Properties.
However, I can't click on anything! Left or Right
click!!! Please help!!!

Hi Elizabeth,
Type regedit.exe at Start>Run.. and navigate to :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveD
esktop

See if a DWORD named NoChangingWallpaper exists. If it exists then double
click it and set its value from 1 to 0 (zero) or you may simply delete the
DWORD.
