Display properties wont open

Everytime I either right click on my desktop, then click properties.
Or go to control panel and hit display, it doesn't even open.

The Display icon isn't a monitor either anymore, its that weird white file
like when I have a missing file. How can I fix this?
 
Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the Video device, Action menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the
device drivers again automatically.

DId u figure it out I seem to have the same problem
