Hi,
I've just started using a new laptop with Windows XP Pro, (5.1.2600
Service Pack 2 Build 2600), and I like to use Lucida Console as my
default monospace font, but although it always worked fine on my
previous laptop, it's now having trouble displaying correctly on my new
one.
The problem is that at sizes less than 14 pts, the font display is sort
of spindley and jagged, (see
http://static.flickr.com/120/253504302_f35420a657_o.jpg for an example
of how it looks, compared with the larger sizes). This happens all
throughout Windows, and in all the programs I've tried it with. There
isn't any problem printing the font.
I wondered if it could be a problem with the screen setting, but I've
played with various sizes & resolutions with no change.
Suggestions?
TIA!
