Display persons name instead of address in TO: field of outgoing messages

I would like to display the persons name not the email
address in the TO: field of an outgoing message.

Some of my contacts will do that most others only display
the email address. I looked at both types of contacts and
can not figure out how to do it.

Win 98se, Outlook 2000 sp1 Office Professional

You can only change the Display name if you are using Corp/Workgroup mode.
You didn't post your mode.
