Display ONLY fraction portion of number

Using Excel 97, SR2
In Lotus, could go =Frac(A1)
This would strip off everything to left of
decimal in cell A1.

Does Excel have an equivalent?
I've tried using custom number formats, but can't get
that to do what I want.
