The right side of all my windows are cut off. I can't see
the scroll bar. The windows are off center. I keep
thinking there is an easy solution to this. Please help.

You would need to adjust your monitor. There should be some controls on it
that adjust horizontal and vertical screen size and position. It sounds like
it is adjusted so that the right side of the screen is off the display. As a
quick test you can try changing your Windows resolution to something like
640x480 or 800x600 and see if the problem persists. If it works fine at
other resolutions, then that just means that the monitor is out of
adjustment for whatever specific resolution you have it set at.

It's not just resolution settings but refresh rates also effect size and
