Display name vs email address

Is there a way to get the actual email address ([email protected]) to show up
in the inbox window without having the preview pane open (like is there
another column you can add)? Or is there a way to set the "FROM" column to
show the email address instead of the Display Name?

That display is set by the sender, but you can always right click on the name
to see Properties, including the email address. You can also add the sender
to your contacts by right clicking.
