Display Excel and Word Documents in Web Browser?

I am new to Vista, and I cannot find the option to display a Word or Excel
document in the Internet Explorer window when clicking on such a web link, as
opposed to opening it in the native Word or Excel application. Anybody knows
where this configuration option has moved?
 
First you have to save the documents as web pages, in Word or Excel, click
File > Save As > click in the File type list box, scroll down and select
'Web Page'

microsoft.public.word.internet.assistant
microsoft.public.excel.links
