Display combo box values in report as option

Got some problems here, initially i got a database where there is a field
call "GENDER" i make it as a combo box in form where the values is "F" and
"M" only, when i wan to display and print out in a report format, i cant
display as an option, because i need to printout the report to do survey, and
also i need to print out the existing report to make confirmation with the
respective person. Did anyone know how to do this ?

What values are you actually storing and what values do you want to display?
Are these from a Value List or from a table or query?
