Display author of tracked changes by resting mouse over the chang.

I use track changes feature daily in my job. I used to be able to rest my
mouse over a change and a window would pop up indicating the author of the
change and the date it was made. I've lost that ability and can't find how to
get it back. Using version 2002 SP3. Help!
