Diskeer boot-time defrag gives BSOD... :(

Gucek

After setting any disk to defrag folders at boot-time I can't get to my
Win2K SP4, because it crashes with bluescreen...
It says IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I've found out that in case of that
particular STOP the fourth number is important - and it equals 0x804c500e.
Can anybody tell me how to troubleshoot it further? I had no troubles with
drivers as this error could suggest.
TIA!

Gucek,

Are you able to run CHKDSK at boot time?

You're right! It crashes on chkdsk! But I still don't know the reason!
Any suggestions? (sorry for late response but I'm rare guest on the Net
lately)

How far does CHKDS get and what is the exact message displayed afterwards?

Chkdsk seems to give this BSOD - IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. It doesn't even
start. Chckdsk was set with boot-time defragmentation. I did not try to run
diskeeper alone - without chkdsk, because I was affraid about my data. But
maybe I will give it a try after some backup...
