diskcleanup not working

My Diskcleanup and Disk Defragmenter programs have both quit working - can't
get them to open through either start menu or run...Any ideas on how to get
them back working?

Try going to run,type:cmd In cmd type:CLEANMGR Select C: Cleanup hd.
Once thru,type:Defrag C: Once thru,type:EXIT Also,you might create a new
user,open to new,run both utilities from tools.If both run ok,then the
other user
probably has a corrupted user account,delete it.
