Disk Wipe & Internet Cache Wipe - Freeware - Single CD or Floppy

I am looking for a disk wipe program which can:

Clear ALL internet temp files, cache, cookies, URL history, auto complete forms,
typed urls, etc.. w/overwrite and zero out

WIPE disk with overwrite multiple times

WIPE disk freespace with overwrite multiple times

Win swap file delete / wipe / purge

NO INSTALL needed.

Must be able to fit onto a floppy or a CD-ROM and run from the floppy/cd and
work with WIN2K
