Disk Space

My D:\ (Data Drive) has 18 Gigs says My computer in Properties. Select all
and Properties it says 9 Gigs. This is after a re-boot. Any ideas?
 
weird it's like your system is dividing the space by half ...... 21-12,
18-9. i have never seen that before.
