"Total NONSENSE!!!!".....(Copied and pasted from one of your posts.)

I failed to add the wear factor, as Tom pointed out.

Hi Tom,

Are you using one of the computers at the library? I use the one at the
office in my apartment complex. I think it is faster than the one at the
local library. I'm not sure though cause I don't got no millisecond meter.
Do you know where I can get one of them?

This must be the case with both of us,.....in someone's narrow mind.

Have a good one, JAX

I'm not gay. I think my boyfriend is though.

BTW, who said Tom and I are even of the same sex? That's just another of
your assumptions!!

And where might I be wrong? As I have stated after 15+ years and more than
350 install I have never had a HD failure due to moving the pagefile. Grow
up a little then come back and talk.

How can you possibly determine, for sure, that unnecessary reader movement
was not a factor in HD failure. Or, come to think of it, have you never had
one fail?...Right

Oh, then, you have HD's that are 15 years old?

"Moving the pagefile is the first thing I do on every system I install. In
15+ years and over 350 installs I have yet to see a HD fail due to this."

Exactly the point. It reminds me of someone I met, who had been a US Navy
SEAL. After the numbers were added up, he served with the SEALs at the ripe
old age of 13 in Viet-Nam. I know he did, he said so.

On which of my computers? I have XP Pro, 2000 Pro, 2003 Server, 2000
Advanced Server, Win 98 and 95, a Commodore 64 and a MAC Powerbook with OS
9.2. Have a
drawer full of old equipment. Even have an original Pong machine.
