Disk Space

After I loaded windows XP my System "D" drive had only
200 mb of free space and there are no unneeded programs I
can delete to free up more space. My "C" drive still has
over 15 GB available. I tried transferring all of my
Program files to "C" but not sure what else to do.
 
The correct way to transfer software applications from one partition to
another is to uninstall then reinstall them.
