I'm trying to delete a disk quota entry for someone who
used to use the computer but is no longer using it. I've
deleted his user ID and I've deleted the files that it
said that it was holding. When I try to delete it the
entry, I get the message "Disk space is charged to the
account of a selected user. User charged with disk space
cannot be deleted."

My question is how do I remove the erroneous entry (since
I've already either deleted the files or taken ownership)
or how do I force it to delete the entry?

Thanks.

Thanks. It's not really a hosting issue. I have a
computer at home and I created a user name for a friend.
But now he no longer needs to use the computer, so I
deleted his login. I'm trying to find out how to delete
his disk quota entry.
