Disk management utility included in XP Pro?

WinNT4 has Disk Administrator. I never found such a utility in WinXP Home.
What about WinXP Pro? Does it have a utility that can create/delete/reletter
partitions?
 
Right click on "My Computer" click on "Manage"
Click on "Disk Management"

or even start, run, diskmgmt.msc

Either one - Control Panel - Admin Tools - Computer Management, select
Disk Management
