Disk Failure and restoring XP OEM

XP home. How can I get XP put on the new hard drive and

Did you receive any restore CDs from your computer manufacturer?

Your OEM should have at *least* a restore CD, if not an actual XP CD. Run
that on the new drive.
If they did NOT include one, call them up and gripe 'til they send it to
you, preferably overnight.
