Disk Error

Hi all;

Got a question regarding a block error on a physical disk.
I have RAID 5 on 3 disks setup as dynamic disks.

I have just started getting an block error read on the
first disk in the array. All disks status is healthy and
online, except the first one is healthy and online with
errors.

I'm assuming I can just run Scandisk and hopefully correct
this issue. Does anyone know if there are any issues with
Scandisk on dynamic disks?

Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,

I recommend that you schedule a time and run Chkdsk /R on the volume in
question. You will need to reboot after issuing the Chkdsk /r command in
order for chkdsk to run.
