I'm seeing the following errors in the system event log:

I would have guessed that drive D was having the problem, but there's
nothing on D that anything should be accessing. Which drive has the
problem?

As its printed here,hd 2 D:,open cmd prompt,type:
CHKDSK D: /R Agree to restart,then type:EXIT
Restart computer
