Disk device

Have two W2K SP4 servers running MS Clustering. Noticed in the Device
Manager, Disk Drives, properties, driver, that the Digital Signer states that
it is Not digitally signed only on one of the servers?

Have Compaq MSA1000 Volume SCSI disk device
Driver provider: MS
Driver date: 11/14/1999
Driver version: 5.0.2183.1
Digital Signer: Not Digitally signed

Driver details: C:\winnt\system32\drivers\disk.sys
Version 5.00.2195.6655

My question is how can I get these drives to be stating

Digital Signer: Microsoft Windows 2000 Publisher

Should I copy the disk.sys from the signed server to the unsigned?

Thank you,

Todd

A much wiser course of action would be to get a set of signed drivers and
install them on the computer that is using unsigned drivers, if that's
important to you. The fact that they are (or are not) signed has nothing to
do with their performance or stability, only that they have been digitally
signed by the manufacturer.
