Disk Defragmenter

I have a friend who is using Windows 200, and, can't find Disk Defragmenter. Is there somewhere else she should look?
 
The command line is dfrg.msc. That should work. Taking a quick look in Add /
Remove Programs - Add / Remove Windows Components, I don't see that it is
optional. It should be Programs\Accessories\System Tools. But I guess a link
can always be deleted.
 
Does it appear if you r-click on the Drive Icon, select Properties, and
then the Tools tab?
