Disk Defragmenter in Scheduled Task

I can get Scheduled Task to run Disk Defragmenter, but it doesn't execute the
program, what line of code or instructions to I put in the "Run In" commands,
I've already tried Defrag.exe, it doesn't work! Please help I need badly for

You must login with an account that has a password before the scheduler will
do squat.

Dear "HeyBub", I do log in correctly, what is the line of code that you put
in the run command box, is it something like "c:\windows\system32\dfrg.msc,
this doesn't work, but, I believe it is something like that. Thanks for any

Galen, do you know the line of script I enter to run Disk Defragmenter, I've
tried everything, will Windows XP let you execute the program, I can get the
screen to appear, but it doesn't execute the program, can you help?

In most cases, defragging your disk is like peeing in your wetsuit:
You get a warm feeling inside but nobody else notices anything.
In other words, defragging frequently will give you a pretty disk
with most files consisting of just one contiguous lump but it does not
speed up your PC. On the other hand, there is a real danger of
something going wrong during the defragging operation, leaving
you with a thoroughly thrashed disk structure, costing you many
hours for a rebuid.
