Disk Defrag Utility (Limitations of files size)

Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the built in Windows Disk Defrag utility has a file
size limitation with it. Meaning if the file size is x MB or GB in size will
the defrag utillity not be able to move the file as needed?

This may be more related to the contigious space actually available on the
drive.
