Disk cleenup & defrag.

my disk cleenup and defrag seem to stall and not finish
running, any help would be helpful. thanx
 
First,before running defrag you need to run disk clean-up,if doing that
try going to run,type:cm
In cmd type:cleanmgr Run cleanup from there
After its thru type:Defrag C
When its thru type:EXIT
