Disk Cleanup

When I try and run disk cleanup I
can't seem to check any
of the boxes to delete the files. Can anyone help
please???

Have run virus scan with no problems found!!!!!

Ran the sfc /scannow with no errors!!!!

Have been there. Just don't understand whether I need to
run both of the programs that are there. Also not sure
what replies to give them when they run!!!!
