disk cleanup

did some virusscanning and after deleating a virus file,
the disk cleanup function does not work anymore. I re-
installed Windows XP hoping that it would solve the
problem, but no such luck....Any ideas ?

I have the same problem .. I cannot run disk cleanup. When
I start it it just hangs. I have norton antivirtus. Any
suggestions
