Hi Robert,
The Disk Cleanup tool (cleanmgr.exe) is protected by Windows File Protection so it is
unlikely that "Disk Cleanup is gone". Perhaps the default Disk Cleanup shortcut is
gone, though. What happens when you click "Start", click "Run", enter the following
command, and click "OK"?
%SystemRoot%\System32\cleanmgr.exe
If Disk Cleanup runs then create a new shortcut to it in the following folder:
%UserProfile%\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools
And if you get an error message, please post it word-for-word.
