disk cleanup

I cannot get disk cleanup to work. It shows the program as running, but it does nothing. help
 
I hope it works. If it doesn't post back. I have to leave for work, so I hope that if my solution doesn't work, someone else will post a solution that does.
If it does work, post back, and click the little "yes' button to 'was this post helpful'. That way, others who are having the same problem can find a quick solution.
