Disk Cleanup Locks up

Disk clean up is locking up when I run it. This happened
to me once before, months ago on my desktop running XP
Pro.. Now it has happened on my lap top running Xp Pro.
Last time it happened I was sent to a site that had a
patch to fix the problem.

i can't remember the site to go to to correct the
problem. Can somebody out there please assist.

the right-hand window, click on "Disk Cleanup - Compress Old Files Freezes"

Simply click on Kelly's fix, download the registry fix, then run it
