Disk Cleanup keeps hanging

Hello Everyone

Whenever I run Disk Cleanup is just hangs. It never gives me the option to choose which drive I want to cleanup. It starts by checking the compressed files and from there it hangs. I have done restores from previous months, but this doesn't fix the problem.

Can anyone help

Go to this web site,click line 48,disc cleanup locks on
compress old files,run it thru and it will fix it.
