Disk Cleanup Function Hangs....Any Fixes????

Don't seem to be able to make Disk Cleanup utility on my
OS (MS Windows 2000 Professional) work properly....

It hangs and doesn't complete a summary of available disk
space for clean up....

Any ideas on how to fix this????
