Disk Cleanup fails to delete all files

When I run Disk Cleanup it always fails to cleanup an item designated as
WebClient/Publisher Temporary Files even though it is checked as Files to
delete. I would like to know why this occurs and obtain some idea as to the
identity of these files. Thank you, Robert
