Disk Cleanup Boxes Cannot Be Checked..

Kaylene I went to the site and looked at line 84. Do I
have to install and run bot of the programs listed. And
how do I respond to the messages that I get with the
installerlogging VBS!!

Never run either of these programs before....

the last message from Kaylene, then click Reply, NOT New. Reply will
continue that thread. New starts a new one. Never click New until you are

And nobody else can help with your problem because we have no idea which
site and which Line 84 you are talking about. Before clicking Send, click
Include Original, so that the prior thread will be attached to your new
post, just like your message quoted below after my sig. Otherwise, we have
to do a lot of flipping back and forth to read the context for your new
