disk clean up

every time I do a disk clean up on my partners PC there files that won't
compress just wonder if anyone has a answer she is running windows XP with
service pack 2 I have tried phoning Microsoft but don't seem to have a answer

Try going to run,type:CLEANMGR /SAGESET Select the files you want it to
clean (check all the boxes),close out.Return to run,type:CLEANMGR /SAGERUN
Cleanup runs auto...
