Disfunctional Send Recieve Intervals

Outlook(97)is suppose to allow the user to set an
interval to automatically check for new mail and send any
mail residing in the Out Box. We set this option to 1
minute, but it does not seem to work. We always have to
do it manually by way of using F5 (Tools -Check for New
Mail).

ten minutes is the minimum setting

One minute is far too short for a polling level. I would (and do) use 15
minutes.
