Discussion Web time zone

When viewing posts in my FP2002 DW... the time is listed with a GMT time
zone. In my case the GMT zone is wrong. Does this depend on the server that
hosts the web. The time listed with the post is correct when I post a
message and then look at it... but the GMT is one hour off. Also time is in
24 hour format.
 
This is controlled by the server's time where hosted.
