Discussion web site problems

I have tried all day yesterday to give a reply to help for a question I had
in the discussion group. First problem I have is that my qestion and answer
from the technician does not load. Then when I double click on that, and try
to respond, it either hangs up or gives me "not available at this time"????

No, I'm referring to this discussion web site for Office General Questions.

You could use a news reader like outlook express, it seems to be more
reliable then the web site.
