Discussion Web - Remote Name

When a visitor posts to my Discussion Web the form lists "From", "Date",
"Time", and "Remote Name".
The Remote Name displays an IP address.
QUESTION: how do I configure the form so that Remote Name is not displayed?

Open your post page and select the form for Form Properties Options
- unselect what you don't want
