Discussion Forum Sort Order from Newest to Oldest

I created a discuss forum where when an article is posted, it goes from the
Oldest to the Newest. Why can't I change the order from the Newest going down
to the Oldest?

Any suggestion in Frontpage 2003 that I use?

You can change the order, however you have to create a new Discussion Web otherwise the order would
change as of the first post made after you made the change.
