Ordering the Results page

Mark M S

I am using Frontpage 2003 and create a listing of grants with the database
results wizard. As I add new entries to the asp results page it orders the
entries with the oldest to the newest requiring the viewer to start at the
oldest at the top and scroll to the newest at the bottom of the screen.

How can I reverse the order (see:
http://www.aapca1.org/aapca1/grantresult.asp as an example) so that the
newest entries are at the top?

Hi Mark,

Does the table contain a date / time field ? If so, you can have the SQL sort on that field.

If it does not have the field you can add it and make it so that it populates with the current date and time automatically.
