You can do this by linking the pages to a sytle sheet or
on each page. Open each page in a new window, right click
page select open in a new window.

frames where the content page is above the main page which
is the home page as well. I was able to use colored scroll
bars on the main page but whenever I try to use a colored
scroll bar on the content page (tocf.htm), it makes the
entire page go blank Is there any way to accomplish this
and have it still work correctly?
