Discussion Board and Forms

I've created a few discussion boards and a form, however when I click to try
to submit anything on these pages, I get the following error:

"FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web
server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed."

I also published it to my school's server and I still get the same error.
Can someone help me figure out how to make them work. Thanks.

This is the text from _derived/nortbots.htm

nortbots.htm is the error page displayed when a form that normally requires
FrontPage extensions is used under the following circumstances:

1) The form was FTPd to the server
or 2) The form was published by FrontPage using an FTP address as the
destination
or 3) the form is being accessed in a browser, from a disc based web, using
a file:// protocol. (example: c:\myweb\formpage.htm )

The discussion web and forms *must* be http published to a server running
FrontPage extensions, or created on that type of server.

You don't create them
You contact your host and see if they have / will install them
Then for publishing using HTTP (a server w/ the FP SE)
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825528&Product=fp2003

You create the forms on the server by opening the web on the server
[File->Open Web (Open Site in FP2003) and type in the URL of your website
eg http://example.com ]
http publishing: File->Publish Web/Site
Ensure the destination address is of the form http://example.com

Both the above require FrontPage extensions installed and working on the
server. FPextensions are often corrupted when FTP is used.
