'Discuss' on Standard Tool Bar

I cannot find the 'Discuss' button on my Standard Tool Bar. See thread for
background discussion.

Anyone have a solution? JulieD has this option - thanks for the help, Julie
- but I do not. We are both running IE 6.0.2900 (SP2). Only difference is I
have XP Pro, she has XP Home.

The Discuss button is added by Microsoft Office.
