Discrepant times on my PC and my synchronized mobile device?

All of the times on my Outlook calendar on my PC show up one hour earlier
than on my Windows Moblie 5.0 mobile device's Outlook calendar??? Otherwise
the sync work perfectly -- but why are the times off??? Thank you!
