Without a subject how are we to know what to avoid????? I think deleting
links to the spam is adequate protection.

Specially as many site publish newsgroup posts. More post *may* mean a
higher page rank.

google and ms
abuse hotlines
here and each
time the spammer
strikes, "everyone"
can report the
abuser as well.

as you have suggested
the spammer is using
these newsgroups as a
quick way to get listed
in the search engines.
