Hello,

I am using windows XP professional and have run out of
disk space on SYSTEM (C:) local disk, while local disc
Data (D:) still has 98% free space. Is there any way to
reallocate this free space?
The total size of disc C is 9.76GB and the remaining
free space is 127MB. The total size of disc D is 27.5GB
and the remaining free space is 27.3GB.
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Jim

You could uninstall some programs and then reinstall them
on the D drive. They will still run ok. Do the drives
exist on the same physical drive? If so then you can use a
program called Partition Magic to move the free space.
