DISC CLEANUP HANGS

In Windows XP Pro - on hard drive properties - cleanup - If I start this,
the program hangs, and even if I exit it, cleanmgr.exe remains running in
task manager.

What's up with that??

Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
